What is a Mystery Dinner Theatre?
Unlimited golf is our calling card at Forest during the golf season (April-November), but thousands of people also know Forest for our famous Mystery Dinner Theatre.
Mystery Dinner Theatre is an interactive form of entertainment (as opposed to a stage play) where the guests become part of the performance. There will be a ‘murderer among us' and the guests are often unable to determine who the actors are, much less the identity of the murderer.
How Does the Evening Proceed?
Mystery Dinner Theatre begins with a cocktail hour featuring a cash bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. The murderer is present at the cocktail party! The plot thickens during a superb dinner. Clues are dropped. There may be a gunshot, a piercing scream and the interesting gentleman seated next to you may be the victim or the murderer. Excellent food and professional entertainment make for an exciting all-inclusive evening. The top sleuth gets the prize. But that's not all! Afterwards, make the most of the evening while dancing and socializing in our lounge.
